Basic Bookkeeping - New Accounts
For clients who have no bookkeeping systems in place, we offers two flexible plans - annual or monthly support. While the cost savings are significant with our annual support plan, we understand that some clients may not be ready or able to commit financially to this option. Pricing for both plans is detailed below. Please note that accounts are billed in advance, and there are no refunds or credits for cancellations. A valid credit or bank account must be on file.

Pick-Up Bookkeeping - Existing QBO Account
For clients changing bookkeepers with a QBO account (migration from QBD is available), we offer two support options: annual or monthly. When switching firms, there is typically some clean-up required, so an up-front cost for this bookkeeping service is necessary. Additionally, corrections for payroll tax, income tax, and sales tax are billed separately.

Payroll Services
Abacus offers payroll services exclusively to small businesses with fewer than 5 employees who are active bookkeeping clients. Our packages include the scheduling of tax payments and report filings. We provide direct deposit only, and payroll is processed through a proprietary software platform. Clients do not have the ability to self-process payroll. Please note that tax notices are managed & work is billed separately, ensuring your small business accounting needs are met efficiently.

Sales Tax Services
Abacus can file local COS city and CO state sales taxes on your behalf. Our bookkeeping services include an accurate review and maintenance of products and services to ensure compliance with local and state agencies. Please note that sales tax maintenance in other jurisdictions may not be available and could incur additional fees. Account set-up fees may apply, and tax notices are billed separately.

The Fine Print
Base prices listed herein may incur additional fees. Final engagement pricing will be determined after an in-depth account review. Engagements are for 1-year regardless of the date engaged. Disengaged accounts are subject to a $350.00 cancellation/transfer fee. The monthly amount is to be paid in full prior to account servicing. Monthly and year-end financials are not available for delinquent accounts. Electronic Accountant access to bank, credit, and liability accounts is required.
